This 8-day, 7-night journey combines warm-water kayaking, tropical rainforest, Arenal Volcano, natural hot springs, a two-day Pacuare River adventure and time on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. The paddling program can be adapted for intermediate and advanced kayakers, while alternative activities can be arranged for family members and companions who do not paddle. First stop LA PAZ WATERFALL GARDENS One of Costa Rica's most spectacular nature parks. Overnight near Arenal Volcano. 🌊 DAY 4 PACUARE EXPEDITION BEGINS After breakfast we travel toward the legendary Pacuare River. Today begins one of the greatest whitewater expeditions in the world. No roads. No cities. Only rainforest. You'll paddle through: Huge canyons. Waterfalls. Primary rainforest. Class III-IV rapids. Wildlife. Evening Jungle Lodge Dinner beside the river. Sleep surrounded by rainforest sounds. 🌿 DAY 5 THE HEART OF THE PACUARE Wake up in the jungle. Coffee beside the river. Breakfast. Then another unforgettable day paddling.
