YOUR 8-DAY JOURNEY DAY 1 — Welcome to Costa Rica Airport pickup and transfer to Sarapiquí. Settle into the rainforest and get ready for the adventure. DAY 2 — Sarapiquí Whitewater Paddle two river sections with professional coaching. Progress from Class II–III to Class IV, repeat the easier section, or visit optional Pozo Azul Waterfall. DAY 3 — Caribbean Coast Travel to Puerto Viejo and Punta Uva. Beaches, Caribbean culture, local food and time to relax. DAY 4 — Caribbean Adventure Surf, paddle, explore wildlife, enjoy Punta Uva and experience the tropical Caribbean your way. DAY 5 — Pacuare Expedition Begin a legendary 2-day river journey through rainforest, waterfalls and exciting whitewater. Overnight at a riverside jungle lodge. DAY 6 — Heart of the Pacuare Paddle through spectacular canyon scenery and Class II–IV whitewater, then travel to La Fortuna. DAY 7 — Arenal & Hot Springs Explore the Arenal Volcano area, enjoy nature and finish the adventure relaxing in volcanic hot springs.
